The controller is AutoLayer, Ahtri 12, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact us through the contact page.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form. Name, email address and the message you write, plus anything else you choose to include.
- Bot check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics for this purpose.
- Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this site, processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time.
This website uses no advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking. It does not collect wallet addresses. Your theme preference may be stored in your browser's local storage; it never leaves your device.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask us to act before an agreement, steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Preventing spam and abuse, and securing the site: legitimate interests.
- Meeting legal obligations where they apply: Article 6(1)(c).
4. Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them within a reasonable period unless the law requires longer. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention schedule.
5. Sharing and transfers
We share data only with service providers that run the site and handle the form, such as Cloudflare, under data processing terms. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, use the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
